Visa Duration and Business Establishment:
- Once approved, you must start your business and make the capital investment within the first 12 months.
- The visa is valid for 12 months during the start-up stage and can be extended for another 24 months once you provide proof that your business has been established as per your business plan.
Path to Permanent Residency:
- After three years, you may be eligible for an Entrepreneur Resident Visa, which grants you Permanent Residency. This allows you to live and work indefinitely in New Zealand.
